Exhibit Statement
When I encounter a new place I try tp relate to it through my previous experiences, and through my body. I also try to
understand the history or memories of the place through the marking left by previous users on it's surfaces. Paint layers,
stains, and scratches, tell the same story that scars, wrinkles, and tattoos can tell about a person. It is by investigating
the palimpsest of the surface of a place and of the body that my work develops.
